1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1 Purpose. The Program lets you place affiliate links, product widgets, coupons, and other content ("Materials") on your websites, social-media accounts, or other digital properties you own or control ("Properties"). You earn commissions when users ("Customers") purchase qualifying products from participating merchants ("Merchants"). You must be 18 years or older to join.

1.2 Access. If accepted, you'll receive login credentials for theParalinq Dashboard where you can obtain links, APIs, HTML snippets, widgets, and software that enable Program participation.

2. Good Citizenship

2.1 Policies. Your Properties must comply with all policies listed athttps://www.paralinq.com/policy/privacy(incorporated herein by reference).

2.2 Material changes. Tell us promptly if your content or target-audience changes in a material way.

2.3 Monitoring. We may audit your use of the Program and Tools for compliance.

2.4 Protective measures. We may refuse, suspend, or modify your access to protect the Program and Tools.

2.5 Account security. You're solely responsible for safeguarding your account and all activity under it.

2.6 Advertising conflicts. Properties that run paid search ads targeting Merchant trademarks require our prior written approval.

3. Paralinq Community Standards

Inspire, don't harm. Content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, or illegal is prohibited.

Respect intellectual property. Use only content you own or have rights to use.

Keep it family-friendly. Avoid graphic violence, nudity, or excessive profanity.

4. Additional Requirements

4.1 Implementation. Follow all technical specs in the Paralinq Dashboard.

4.2 Privacy Policy. Publish and comply with a legally sufficient privacy policy. You acknowledge that Paralinq uses cookies and similar tech to collect data for performance, reporting, and fraud-prevention.

4.3 Merchants. We may add or remove Merchants at any time. Remove any Merchant links immediately if we ask.

4.4 Commission changes. Merchants may change commission rates at any time.

4.5 Credentials. Do not share your Dashboard login.

4.6 API key. Keep your unique API key confidential; comply with any rate limits.

4.7 No transfer. Do not sell, transfer, or sublicense any Tools, login credentials, or API keys.

4.8 No reverse engineering. Do not copy, modify, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Program or Tools.

4.9 Brand use. Do not use Paralinq names, trademarks, or logos ("Marks") except as permitted in writing. All goodwill in the Marks belongs to Paralinq.

4.10 Security breaches. Notify us immediately of any breach affecting the Program or Tools.

4.11 FTC disclosures. You must comply with all FTC and local disclosure laws for affiliate links. A clear statement such as "This post contains affiliate links; I may earn a commission if you buy through them" is usually sufficient for written content; video content also requires a verbal disclosure.

4.12 Indemnity for disclosures. You will indemnify us against any claim arising from your failure to comply with disclosure laws.
